Enomatic

Enomatic® systems dispense wine directly from the bottle using revolutionary inert gas preservation (nitrogen or argon).

The flavours and characteristics of the wine remain intact for more than three weeks, as if the bottle had just been opened. With portion control technology, Enomatic® allows wine establishments to created extended wine by the glass or tasting menus which are enticing to customers and allow business to maximize servings while eliminating waste.

Enomatic systems offer temperature control, precise pouring, 1 or 3 pour volumes set to the operator’s choice, 21+ days of preservation, digital displays, automatic self-cleaning of the pour spout, easy adaption to different height bottles, computer control and more.

There are two main lines and some speciality systems for Champagne, Spirits,  Vodka or Limoncello

ENO ONE: New entry level professional systems, available in 2,4,6, 8 bottles or more…  This line offers different zones of refrigeration and can be built-in models that can be lined up to create a virtually infinite line of bottles.

ELITE: This top level range offers the highest technology specifications in an elegant and modern design. This model can be used with or without the wine card, can be lined up and is available in a variety of colours. Customization is also available. In addition, it features a glass touch screen system with wine information, adjustable double temperature, gas leakage automatic alarm, an eco-friendly cooling system.

Staff over-pouring glasses also contributes to reduced profit margins. enomatic®’s precise automatic portion controlled servings prevents inventory shrinkage, over pouring, and ensures the same pour every time.
